This compact denim backpack, ideal for cycling, is produced by the skilled members of a women's cooperative in the Philippines.

Features: Two adjustable straps that can be zipped together into a fashionable single strap. Cleverly designed to have the zip opening at the back - the part which is against your body - therefore keeping your belongings very secure. There is a small pocket made of juice (doy) packs at the front of the backpack.

About Doy Bags

• Doy bags are made from recycled foil juice packs (think of Capri-Sun pouches in the UK) - non-biodegradable foil and plastic packaging that would otherwise go into landfill sites and incinerators or end up in waterways or littering the streets.
• They are made by a women's cooperative (employing over 500 women, mostly from disadvantaged backgrounds) in the Philippines to Fair Trade principles.
• Each one is unique and handmade, durable and waterproof.
