These eye-catching Doy Manila Bags are expertly hand-made by the most skilled members of a women's cooperative in the Philippines. Long strips of carefully folded recycled juice pack material are stitched onto a backing fabric and made into bags - to stunning effect! The overall look depends on how the strips are placed, so every bag is a one-off. Whichever colours/strip patterns you receive, you can be sure that they will be something special!

Features: Big enough to carry a ring binder and has an adjustable strap - keep short for a neat 'shoulder bag' look, or wear long and across the body for a slouchy casual look whilst cycling. Fold-over flap closes with a press stud. Toning lining with an inner pocket. Waterproof and unique.

Size: Approx. 13in/33cm wide, 10.5in/27cm high, 4in/10cm deep. The strap can be adjusted from approx. 28in/71cm to approx. 53in/135cm.

• Doy bags are made from recycled foil juice packs (think of Capri-Sun pouches in the UK) - non-biodegradable foil and plastic packaging that would otherwise go into landfill sites and incinerators or end up in waterways or littering the streets.
• They are made by a women's cooperative (employing over 500 women, mostly from disadvantaged backgrounds) in the Philippines to Fair Trade principles.
